By accessing or using TableIQ (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TableIQ provides tools to plan pool shots on a virtual table, including layout, aim, markup, and optional saving or sharing of table snapshots when you sign in. We may change, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where appropriate.
Where the Service uses third-party authentication (for example Clerk), you are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You retain rights to layouts and notes you create. You grant TableIQ a limited license to host, process, display, and back up your content as needed to operate the Service (including shared links you explicitly enable).
You will not misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, scrape, or access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for unlawful content or harassment.
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Pool diagrams and simulations are for planning and coaching only—not a guarantee of real-world outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableIQ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
