This policy describes how TableIQ (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use our website and shot plotter, including optional sign-in and saved or shared table layouts.
Account data. If you sign in, our authentication provider may process your email, name, and identifiers needed to maintain your session. We use that to associate saved snapshots and preferences with your account.
Your layouts. Table layouts, markup, names, descriptions, and sharing settings you provide are stored so we can show them when you return or when you share a link.
Technical data. Like most web services, we and our hosting providers may receive IP address, device/browser type, and similar diagnostics for security and reliability.
We use the above to run the Service, authenticate you, store and display your snapshots, enable sharing you turn on, fix issues, and protect against abuse.
Shared snapshots are available only to people who have the link while sharing is enabled. Do not share links if you want the layout to stay private.
We rely on vendors for hosting (for example Vercel), authentication (for example Clerk), and databases as configured for the deployment. They process data only as needed to provide their services.
We may use cookies or browser storage for session state, preferences, and similar functions required for the app to work.
We retain your content while your account exists and as needed for the Service. You may delete content in-app where supported; we may retain backups for a limited period.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us through the application and we will respond in line with applicable law.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
For privacy questions, contact us through the support options available in the application.
